4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was first grade water in accordance with GB/T 6682.
4.1 Acetonitrile. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 Hexane. Chromatographically pure.
4.3 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
4.4 Ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure.
4.5 Anhydrous magnesium sulfate. analytically pure.
4.6 Anhydrous sodium acetate. analytically pure.
4.7 50% acetonitrile. acetonitrile-water (50 50, by volume).
4.8 2mmol/L ammonium acetate (containing 0.1% formic acid). Weigh 0.154g ammonium acetate (4.4), dissolve it with 950mL water, add 1.0mL A
Acid (4.3), diluted to 1000 mL with water.
4.9 Standard. Spirotetramat and its four metabolites, all of which are more than 90% pure. See Appendix A, Table A.1 for details of the compound.
4.10 Mixed standard stock solution (100mg/L). accurately weigh the standard containing 5mg of spirotetramat and its metabolites, using acetonitrile (4.1)
Dissolve and dilute to 50 mL and mix. Store below -18 °C in the dark.
4.11 Mixed standard intermediate solution (1.0μg/mL). Take appropriate amount of 100mg/L mixed standard stock solution (4.10) and 50% acetonitrile before use.
