Foreword

SN/T 4853 is a series of standards for the quantitative PCR detection of genetically modified rice. It is divided into 7 parts. --- Part 1. TT51-1 strain; --- Part 2. Kezhen rice line; --- Part 3. Kefeng No. 6 strain; --- Part 4. M12 strain; --- Part 5. LL62 strain; --- Part 6. T2A-1 strain; --- Part 7. T1C-19 strain. This part is the seventh part of the SN/T 4853 standard. This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document is not responsible for identifying these patents. This part is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. This section drafted by. China Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China, Huazhong Agriculture the University. T1C-19 strain

1 Scope

This standard specifies the digital PCR quantitative detection method for T1C-19 strains in rice and rice. This standard is applicable to the quantitative PCR detection of T1C-19 strain specificity in rice and rice. The method has a quantitative detection limit (LOQ) of 0.1% (mass fraction).
