1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry of emamectin residues in imported and exported food animals such as pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks and geese.
Spectral detection and confirmation methods.
This standard applies to the blood of pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and the determination of the residual amount of emamectin in the urine of pigs, cattle and sheep.
This standard applies to entry and exit inspection and quarantine work.

3 method summary
The emodiene drug residue in the sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified by anhydrous magnesium sulfate and C18, and determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.
The external standard method is quantitative.
4 reagent materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Acetonitrile. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Purification of the filler. a mixture of 500 mg of magnesium sulfate and 100 mg of C18 powder.
4.4 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution. Take 1 mL of formic acid (4.2), dilute to 1000 mL with deionized water, and shake well.
4.5 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile solution. Take 1 mL of formic acid (4.2) and dilute to 1000 mL with acetonitrile (4.1) and shake well.
4.6 Standard curve solution. Mix 50mL 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (4.4) and 50mL 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile solution (4.5), shake well.
4.7 Reference material. Emamectin Benzoate, purity ≥ 99.4% (see Appendix A for basic information on emacin).
4.8 Standard stock solution. 100mg/L. Accurately weigh the right amount of emarumycin (4.7), and prepare it with a concentration of 100mg/L with acetonitrile.
Standard solution of imaginin.
4.9 Standard working solution. draw the appropriate amount of standard stock solution (4.8), and prepare the standard of different concentration series with the standard curve solution (4.6).
Quasi-working solution (currently available).
4.10 Microporous membrane. 0.22 μm organic membrane.
