1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin in the pollen by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. CH3CO2NH4, high performance liquid chromatography grade. 4.8 Sodium heptane sulfonate (C7H15SO3Na). 4.9 Sodium phosphate [Na3PO4·(H2O)12]. 4.10 Extraction solution. Accurately weigh 10.1 g of sodium heptane sulfonate (4.8), 4.1 g of sodium phosphate (4.9), dissolve in water and transfer to 1000 mL capacity. Add 5 mL of phosphoric acid (4.2) to the measuring flask and bring up to volume with water. 4.11 tert-butyl methyl ether-n-hexane solution (41, volume ratio). accurately measure 400 mL of tert-butyl methyl ether (4.3), add 100 mL Hexane (4.5), mixed evenly. 4.12 Formic acid solution (5 ‰, volume ratio). Accurately measure 5 mL of formic acid (4.4), add to 1000 mL volumetric flask, and dilute to volume with water until Scale. 4.13 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate solution. accurately weigh 1.54g ammonium acetate (4.7), dissolved in water and transferred to a 1000mL volumetric flask, Dilute to the mark with water.
