3 Method summary
Using acetonitrile solution as extraction solvent, the phoxim in the sample was extracted by shaking in a closed container, and the concentration was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.
The retracted extract was characterized by retention time and mass spectrometry and quantified by internal standard method.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used are of analytical grade, and the experimental water should meet the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
