1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4743 specifies the quarantine requirements for horses participating in international equestrian events.
This section applies to the entry and exit quarantine of foreign horses participating in international equestrian events and the quarantine supervision during the competition.

3 Quarantine approval
Entry horses entering the country shall obtain the "People's Republic of China Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine Permit" in advance.

5 Entry site quarantine
5.1 preliminary preparation work
