1 Scope
This standard specifies the monitoring method for the gypsy moth (Lymantriadispar Linnaeus) in the entry and exit phytosanitary.
This standard applies to the monitoring of gypsy moths at and around the port.
2 Terms and definitions

The sex attractant is a synthetic chemical substance that has a trapping effect on the gypsy moth male moth. The chemical name is cis 7,8-epoxy-2-methyl octadecane.
