1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4675 specifies gas chromatography-mass spectrometric methods for the determination of diethylene glycol in wine.

GB/T 6682 Analysis Laboratory Water Specifications and Test Methods
3 Method summary
The sample was directly diluted with ethanol and then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. External standard method was used for quantification.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade and water was a grade of water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Ethanol. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 Diethylene glycol reference material (CAS No. 111-46-6, C4H10O3). Purity ≥ 99%.
4.3 Diethylene glycol standard stock solution. Accurately weigh 0.1 g (accurate to 0.1 mg) of diethylene glycol standard (4.2), dissolve in ethanol and bring to volume
100mL. The diethylene glycol stock solution concentration was 1000 mg/L. The standard stock solution can be stored for 90 days at 4°C~6°C.
4.4 Diethylene glycol standard intermediate solution. Accurately absorb 0.50 mL of diethylene glycol stock solution (4.3) and dilute to 10 mL with ethanol. This diethylene glycol standard
The intermediate solution concentration is 50 mg/L. The standard stock solution can be stored for 90 days at 4°C~6°C.
4.5 Diethylene glycol standard working solution. Take the appropriate amount of diethylene glycol standard intermediate solution (4.4) with ethanol to prepare a concentration of 0.0mg/L,
0.20 mg/L, 0.40 mg/L, 1.00 mg/L, 2.00 mg/L, 10.0 mg/L, 20.0 mg/L of the standard series of solutions were used.
4.6 Filter. 0.22 μm, organic system.
5 Instruments and Equipment
5.1 Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) with Electron Impact Ion Source (EI).
