3 Method summary

After the sample is diluted with buffer solution, the sample is adjusted to neutrality with sodium hydroxide solution, purified by an immunoaffinity column, and finally colored by liquid phase. Spectrum-tandem mass spectrometer detection, external standard method quantification.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise stated, all reagents were of analytical grade and water was a grade of water as specified in GB/T 6682. 4.1 Methanol. Chromatographically pure. 4.2 Acetonitrile. Accurately weigh 10g of sodium bicarbonate (4.4) and 75g of sodium chloride (4.5), dissolve in water and bring to volume to 500mL. 4.11 sodium hydroxide solution (2%). accurately weighed 20g of sodium hydroxide (4.6), dissolved in water and set to 1L. 4.12 Ammonium acetate solution (0.2mol/L). Weigh 15.4g of ammonium acetate solid (4.7), dissolve with water and make up to 1L. 4.13 Methanolic acetic acid solution (2%). Pipette 2.0 mL of acetic acid (4.3) and dilute to 100 mL with methanol (4.1). 4.14 Reference material.
