1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4675 specifies gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry for the determination of butyltin in exported wines.
This section applies to the determination of monobutyltin, dibutyltin and tributyltin in wine.
This section contains two sample preparation methods. the first method. liquid-liquid extraction; the second method. solid-phase microextraction.

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade and water was a grade of water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 glacial acetic acid, superior grade pure.
4.2 Sodium acetate.
4.3 Tetrahydrofuran, chromatographic purity.
4.4 Methanol, chromatographic purity.
4.5 Hexane, chromatographically pure.
4.6 Dichloromethane, chromatographically pure.
4.7 anhydrous sodium sulfate. burning at 650 °C 4h, stored in a sealed container for use.
4.8 acetic acid-sodium acetate (HAc-NaAc) buffer solution (0.2mol/L). using appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid (4.1) and sodium acetate (4.2) and ultrapure water
