1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for the qualitative determination of UV diffuse reflectance spectra of natural colored cotton fibers.
This standard applies to the qualitative identification of single-component natural green cotton and natural brown cotton and dyed cotton fibers.

4 Principle
Natural colored cotton fibers contain natural pigments. These pigments are composed of a series of organic compounds with similar structural properties.
