3 Methodology
According to the published mitochondrial genome sequences of the deer and red deer in the GenBank database, they are conserved within the species and interspecies
Select specific regions with specificity, design and synthesize 3 primers. After the sample has been extracted from the total genomic DNA, use special design features.
The heterologous primers were used for PCR amplification of the target genes of spotted deer and red deer, and whether the samples contained spotted deer were determined based on the results of PCR amplification.
Red deer gene.
