3 Method summary
The sample was added with tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate (TBA) solution and sodium carbonate solution, and extracted with methyl tert-butyl ether solution.
Ion exchange solid phase extraction column purification, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, external standard method for quantification.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographic grade.
4.2 methyl tert-butylether (MTBE). chromatographic grade.
4.3 tetrabutylammonium hydrogensulfate (TBA). excellent grade pure.
4.4 Sodium carbonate. excellent grade.
4.5 Sodium acetate. excellent grade pure.
4.6 Formic acid. excellent grade.
4.7 Ammonia, 37%.
4.8 0.5 mol/L TBA solution. Take 72.0 g of TBA (4.3), dissolve in water and dilute to 1000 mL.
4.9 0.05 mol/L sodium carbonate solution. Take 5.3 g of sodium carbonate, dissolve in water and dilute to 1000 mL.
4.10 25 mmol/L sodium acetate solution. Take 2.05 g of sodium acetate, dissolve in water and dilute to 1000 mL.
4.11 0.1% ammoniated methanol solution (volume ratio). Take 0.1mL ammonia water, dilute with methanol and dilute to 100mL.
4.12 0.1% formic acid solution. Measure 0.10 mL of formic acid (4.6), dilute to 1000 mL with water, and mix.
4.13 Methanol-0.1% formic acid solution (7 3, volume ratio). Measure 70 mL of methanol, 30 mL of 0.1% formic acid solution, and mix.

4.15 Standard stock solution. Accurately weigh the standard substance (accurate to 0.1mg, based on the perfluorochemical acid group), dissolve it with methanol and quantitatively transfer
