The sample was extracted with tetrahydrofuran (THF), dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and methanol, and the HLB SPE cartridge was cleaned or straightened

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used are of analytical grade, water is a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Tetrahydrofuran (THF). LC grade.
4.2 dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). LC grade.
4.3 methanol. LC grade.
4.4 acetonitrile. LC grade.
4.5 Formic acid. LC grade.
4.6 Ammonium acetate.
4.7 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate solution (pH = 4.60) Weigh 0.77g ammonium acetate (4.6), dissolve in water and dilute to 500mL with formic acid
(4.5) withered pH value to 4.60.
4.8 methanol -0.02mol/L ammonium acetate solution (1 3, volume ratio). Take 100mL methanol (4.3), and 300mL0.02mol/L acetic acid
Ammonium solution (4.7) Mix well.
4.9 0.05% formic acid solution. Accurate Pipette 0.5mL formic acid (4.5), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
