3 method summary
The sample is soaked in 4% acetic acid solution, soaked into the resulting solution by adding internal standard elements into the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, in the plasma
Under the action of high temperature, desolvation, atomization, ionization into the mass spectrometer detector, within a certain range, the measured elemental ionic strength and containing
Is proportional to the amount, compared with the standard series quantitative.
4 reagent
Unless otherwise specified, only excellent grade pure reagents are used in the analysis. The experimental water shall meet the requirements of Class I water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Glacial acetic acid (ρ = 1.05g/mL).
4.2 acetic acid solution (4%) Take 40mL glacial acetic acid (4.1), add water to 1000mL, mix.
4.3 Standard stock solution of lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic, mercury, antimony, zinc, germanium, nickel, selenium, barium and gold (1000mg/L)
Prepared according to GB/T 602 regulations.
4.4 Lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic, antimony, zinc, germanium, nickel, selenium and barium
The standard standard stock solution (4.3) was diluted serially with acetic acid solution (4.2) to prepare serial concentrations of 5μg/L, 10μg/L, 20μg/L,
50μg/L, 100μg/L mixed standard working solution.
4.5 Mercury standard working solution. Mercury and gold standard stock solution (4.3) were separately aspirated and diluted stepwise by acetic acid solution (4.2) to prepare gold concentration
The mercury standard working solutions were 0.5μg/L, 1μg/L, 2μg/L, 5μg/L and 10μg/L, respectively.
4.6 gold standard working solution. Draw gold standard stock solution (4.3), acetic acid solution (4.2) step by step diluted to prepare a concentration of 10mg/L
Gold standard working solution.
4.7 Scandium, indium and bismuth standard stock solution (10mg/L), respectively, using certified standard solution or GB/T 602 provisions.
4.8 Scandium, indium and bismuth internal standard solution (10μg/L) were scud, indium and bismuth standard stock solution (4.7) 1mL, diluted with acetic acid solution (4.2)
To 1000 mL, the concentration of this solution is 10 μg/L.
