3 Principle of the method
The sample was digested with nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide by a closed microwave, and the salt was dissolved with nitric acid. Inductive coupling after sample processing
Determined by a plasma mass spectrometer. The standard curve is quantified by internal standard method.
