4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.2 formic acid. HPLC grade.
Ammonium acetate 4.3. HPLC grade.
4.4 ammonia.
4.5 hydrochloric acid.
4.6 TCA.
4.7 sodium hydroxide.
4.8 BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene). purity not less than 99.3%, - 18 ℃ frozen storage.
4.9 0.1% formic acid solution (volume fraction). amount of 0.1mL of formic acid (4.2), water volume to 100mL.
4.10 10mmol/L ammonium acetate (pH = 6.3) solution. 0.39g ammonium acetate (4.3) dissolved in water to a 500 mL, mix with 0.1% formic acid
