1 Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of five quaternary ammonium salts in exported foods. This standard applies to pork, beef liver, apple, spinach, rice, sugar, raw milk, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (DTAB), dodecane Dimethylbenzylammonium chloride (C12-BAC), tetradecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (C14-BAC), cetyldimethylbenzyl chloride Determination and confirmation of ammonium (C16-BAC), dimercaptodimethylammonium chloride (DDAC).

The sample was extracted with methanol or methanol solution, purified by solid phase extraction column, and determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are chromatographically pure, and the water is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682. 4.1 Methanol. 4.2 Formic acid. 4.3 Acetonitrile. 4.4 Ammonium formate. excellent grade. 4.5 Ammonia water (content 25%, volume fraction). excellent grade pure. 4.6 Reference material. dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CAS number. 1119-94-4, C15H34BrN), dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (CAS. 139- 07-1, C21H38NCl), tetradecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (CAS) No.. 139-08-2, C23H42ClN), hexadecyldimethylbenzylammonium Chloride, CAS No.. 122-18-9, C25H46ClN), didocyldimethylammonium chloride (didoctyldimethylammonium chloride, CAS No.. 7173-51-5, C22H48ClN), purity is ≥98%. 4.7 5% aqueous ammonia solution (volume fraction). Take 5.0 mL of ammonia water (4.5), dilute with water and dilute to 100 mL. 4.8 90% methanol solution (volume fraction). Take 900 mL of methanol, dilute with water and dilute to 1 L. 4.9 80% methanol solution (volume fraction). Take 800 mL of methanol, dilute with water and dilute to 1 L. 4.10 2% formic acid methanol solution. Take 20 mL of formic acid, dilute with methanol and dilute to 1 L. 4.11 50mmol/L ammonium formate (containing 0.1% formic acid solution). Accurately weigh 3.153g ammonium formate (4.4), and accurately absorb 1mL formic acid (4.2), dilute with water and bring up to 1L.
