3 Method summary
Residual naphthylacetamide, pyripramine, ethiprole, fipronil in the sample are extracted with acetonitrile, purified by HLB solid phase extraction column, liquid chromatography-
Mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry determination and confirmation, external standard method quantification.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.2 Formic acid. HPLC grade.
4.3 Sodium chloride.
4.4 Solution. Acetonitrile-water (28, by volume).
4.5 Constant volume liquid. acetonitrile-water (1% formic acid) (28 volume ratio).
4.6 Standards. See Table A.1 for details of the standards.
4.7 Standard stock solution. accurately weigh the appropriate amount of naphthylacetamide, pyriprene, ethiprole, fipronil standard substance, and prepare it with acetonitrile
100μg/mL standard stock solution, protected from light, stored at 0 °C ~ 4 °C, shelf life is 12 months.
4.8 Standard intermediate solution. Dilute the standard stock solution to 10 μg/mL with acetonitrile, protect from light, and store at 0 °C ~ 4 °C. The shelf life is 6 months.
4.9 Standard working solution. Standard working to dilute the standard intermediate liquid to the corresponding concentration with blank sample extract before use according to the test requirements
