1 Scope
This standard specifies the LC cosmetics acrylamide residual monomer - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and confirmation methods.
This standard applies to liquid category, lotion, cream category measured, massive, rod and powdered cosmetics acrylamide residual monomer.

3 Method summary
The sample was 0.1% aqueous formic acid extraction, liquid-liquid extraction with n-hexane, the solution was extracted after HLB solid phase extraction (SPE), liquid chromatography -
Mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, a standard curve of external standard.
4 Reagents and materials

4.2 Reagents and materials
Reagents and materials used in the method are as follows.
a) Methanol. HPLC grade;
b) n-hexane. chromatography;
c) acid. chromatography;
d) 0.1% aqueous formic acid solution. Pipette 1.0mL of formic acid water to the 1000mL;
e) acrylamide standard substance. purity not less than 98%, CAS Number 79-06-1, Formula C3H5NO;
f) acrylamide standard stock solution. weigh accurately 10.0mg acrylamide standard substance (accurate to 0.1mg), dissolved in methanol fixed

g) standard solution. According to the standard working solution requires dilution with a blank matrix formulation at appropriate concentrations using now;
