1 Scope
This standard specifies the export of health food in phenolphthalein and emodin liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to weight loss tablets, slimming capsule, weight loss powders, diet cookies, oral solution to lose weight, slimming coffee and slimming tea phenolphthalein
Emodin and the detection and confirmation.

3 Method summary
The sample was extracted with methanol, methanol - aqueous ammonium acetate dilution; slimming oral solution samples were methanol - aqueous ammonium acetate directly
Diluted with with electrospray ionization liquid chromatography - determination, external standard MS/MS.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 ammonium acetate. pure class distinctions.
4.3 10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.771g of ammonium acetate (4.2), dissolved in deionised water and diluted to 1000mL.
4.4 Standard. phenolphthalein (phenolphthalein), CAS No. 77-09-8, molecular formula C20H14O4, a purity of greater than or equal to 97%; emodin
(Emodin), CAS No. 518-82-1, molecular formula C15H10O5, a purity of greater than or equal to 97%.
4.5 standard stock solution. Weigh 0.01g (accurate to 0.0001g) standard product, emodin with a small amount of acetone dissolved with methanol
Volume to 100mL, phenolphthalein dissolved in methanol and set the volume to 100mL. The standard stock solution was placed in -18 ℃ preservation, valid for three months.
4.6 intermediate mixed standard solution. Pipette the appropriate amount of phenolphthalein and emodin standard solution in 100mL flask, constant volume with methanol
