The sample was methanol - after ethanol ultrasonic extraction, solid-phase extraction (SPE), liquid chromatography, external standard. The positive sample was subject to
Chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry confirmation.
4 reagent material
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
4.2 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
4.3 formic acid. HPLC fractions.
Ammonium acetate 4.4. HPLC grade.
Dipotassium hydrogen 4.5. pure class distinctions.
4.6 sodium heptane. pure class distinctions.
4.7 ethanol.
4.8 glacial acetic acid.
4.9 phosphoric acid.
4.10 in methanol (50.50, by volume). respectively equal amount of methanol (4.1) and water were mixed uniformly.
4.11 methanol - ethanol solution (50.50, volume ratio). namely, to take the same amount of methanol (4.1) and ethanol (4.7) and mix well.
4.12 3% methanol solution of acetic acid. Pipette 3mL glacial acetic acid (4.8) and 97mL of methanol (4.1) and mix well.
4.13 2mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.154g ammonium acetate (4.4), was added 1.0mL of formic acid (4.3), dissolved in water and dilute to
1000mL.
4.14 0.02mol/L of sodium heptane - phosphate solution. Weigh heptane sulfonate (4.6) 2.023g, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate (4.5) 2.2822g,
Phosphoric acid (4.9) 1mL, dissolved in water and dilute to 500mL.
