4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water as a secondary water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
4.1 ammonia.
4.2 of concentrated hydrochloric acid.
4.3 formic acid.
4.4 hexane. HPLC grade.
4.5 nickel chloride.
4.6 sodium chloride.
4.7 L- cysteine hydrochloride.
4.8 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. 8.3mL amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid (4.2), water volume to 1L.
4.9 1% formic acid solution. Weigh 10g (accurate to 0.1g) formic acid (4.3), water volume to 1L, at 2 ℃ ~ 8 ℃ preservation.
0.1moI L hydrochloric acid solution containing 1% L- cysteine 4.10 hydrochloride /. Weigh 10g (accurate to 0.1g) L- cysteine hydrochloride
(4.7), with 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid (4.8) was dissolved and set the volume to 1L, saving six months at room temperature.
4.11 2% nickel chloride solution. Weigh 20g (accurate to 0.1g) nickel chloride, water volume to 1L, saving six months at room temperature.
