1 Scope
This part of SN/T 3480 specifies the inspection technical requirements for special equipment for imported motor manufacturing.
This section applies to the inspection of special equipment for motor manufacturing (see Appendix A) as defined in 3.1.
The equipment can also be used by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.39, Sn/T 3700-2013 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Equipment, insulation treatment equipment and other equipment.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
The general requirements for the technical requirements for inspection of special equipment for motor manufacturing shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.1 of Sn/T 3700-2013.
4.2 Requirements for safety projects
4.2.1 Machinery safety requirements
4.2.1.1 shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.2 of Sn/T 3700-2013.

4.2.2.5 Use a ground resistance tester to measure between the ground terminal of the electrical control device and any metal component equipped with electrical appliances.

4.2.3 Requirements for safety protection devices and warning methods
4.2.3.1 It shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.4 of Sn/T 3700-2013.
4.2.3.2 The pedal device of the notching machine and the exposed parts of the equipment running at high speed shall be protected.
4.2.4 Non-mechanical safety requirements
It shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.5 of Sn/T 3700-2013.
4.2.5 Material and material safety requirements
It shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.6 of Sn/T 3700-2013.
4.2.6 Ergonomic requirements
It shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.7 of Sn/T 3700-2013.
4.2.7 Information requirements
4.2.7.1 It shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.8 of Sn/T 3700-2013.
4.2.7.2 There should be various signs such as lubrication, operation and safety that meet the requirements of the regulations, and they can be kept clear for a long time.
4.2.7.3 The notching machine shall have various signs or signs indicating the requirements for lubrication, safe operation, etc., and zero-rotation motors, flywheels, etc.
