Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces SN/T 3147-2012 "Determination of Phthalates in Exported Foods".
The main technical changes of this standard compared with SN/T 3147-2012 are as follows.
--- The applicable matrix for the detection range is extended to alcohol, liquid beverages, solid beverages, jams, jellies, condiments, flavors, oils and fats.
Food, dairy products, starch products, olive oil and pastries;
--- The detection range increases diisooctyl phthalate;
--- Increased pretreatment methods for alcohol samples;
--- Revised the pretreatment method for some samples;
--- The quantitative limit and recovery of 24 phthalates in alcoholic matrices and diisooctyl phthalate in other matrices are given.

The phthalate compound in food is purified by n-hexane or acetonitrile, liquid-liquid extraction or solid phase extraction, and then subjected to gas chromatography.
The spectrometer was used for the measurement. The characteristic selection ion monitoring scanning mode (SIM) was used, and the external standard method was used for quantification.
4 reagents and materials

4.7 Sodium acetate. chromatographically pure.
4.8 5% methanol solution. Measure 5 mL of methanol, mix with water and make up 100 mL, and set aside.
