Foreword
This standard is identical with European standards BSEN13130-3. Part 3 "food contact materials and articles plastic substance restrictions 2004
Score. food and food simulants acrylonitrile content determination "(in English).
The technical requirements of this standard is exactly the same BSEN13130-3.2004.
In order to adapt to China's national conditions, the use of this standard in BSEN13130-3.2004 When the editorial changes, the main differences are as follows.
--- Removed BSEN13130-3.2004 in the directory, foreword, introduction, 7.1.1 note, Chapter 10, by reference.
--- Chapter 2 prepared in accordance with the standard requirements to normative references.
--- Increase in Appendix D to illustrate the use of a capillary column chromatographic conditions recommended by.
The Standard Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C are normative appendix, Appendix D is an informative annex.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
This standard by the People's Republic of China Ningbo Exit Inspection and Quarantine is responsible for drafting.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of food and food simulants acrylonitrile monomer.
This standard applies to aqueous food simulants, fatty food simulant olive oil, other fatty food simulants, simulants D (such as.
Synthetic mixture of triglycerides, sunflower oil and corn oil) as well as liquid and solid foods (such as soft drinks and butter).
This standard acrylonitrile monomer content is expressed as milligrams per kilogram of food or food simulant contained acrylonitrile.
Depending on the application of the test conditions (see note 8.2.3), this standard applies to the minimum content of the food simulant acrylonitrile monomer
Quantitative 0.005mg/kg ~ 0.010mg/kg or less Determination. For the food mentioned in the determination of acrylonitrile monomer, general
You can reach the lower limit of 0.020mg/kg measured.
NOTE. This standard applies to 15% (volume fraction) solution of acrylonitrile alcohol testing, but also applies to 10% (volume fraction) alcohol solution.
2 Normative references
The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard and become the standard terms. For dated references, subsequent
Amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to the agreement are based on research
Whether the latest versions of these documents. For undated reference documents, the latest versions apply to this standard.

Principle 3
Use with headspace autosampler and a nitrogen selective detector for gas chromatography detection of food or food simulant acrylonitrile content. Third
Nitrile as internal standard, was added acrylonitrile blank sample calibration to obtain quantitative results. If you can not get a blank sample, you can use
Appendix A of the standard addition method.
If there is interference in the standard method, it can be calibrated in Appendix B of the external standard method.
If you can not take advantage of headspace autosampler operation, you can use the manual in Appendix C of the injection method.
Further confirmed acrylonitrile content can be used by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method or the other polarity with different color
The column re-analyzed.
