1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for classification of fireworks and firecrackers.
This standard applies to the distribution of fireworks and firecrackers into 1.1G ~ 1.4G and 1.4S.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Explosives are classified according to their risk, and are currently internationally divided into 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6.
3.2
Two or more substances or products placed together for storage or transportation do not increase the probability of accidents, for the same operation
If the volume does not increase the extent of the accident, the goods can be classified as the same fitting group.
Note. The Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods---Regulations (Revision 13) (hereinafter referred to as the "Big Orange Book") will be based on the Class 1 goods.
The hazard type is assigned to one of the thirteen fitting groups, and various explosive substances and articles considered compatible are listed as a fitting group. Fireworks burst

4 Classification principles
Fireworks and firecrackers are classified into the following four items according to their risk of explosion.
a) Clause 1.1. Products with an overall explosion hazard (the overall explosion is an explosion that actually affects almost all loads in an instant).
b) Item 1.2. Products that are dangerous to shoot but have no overall explosion hazard.
c) Item 1.3. There is a risk of burning and there is a risk of partial explosion or partial exposure, or both, but no overall explosion
Explosive dangerous products, including.
--- Products that generate considerable radiant heat;
--- Successive combustion, producing a partial explosion or stun effect, or a combination of both effects.
d) 1.4. Products that do not present a significant hazard, including.
--- Products that are only slightly dangerous when ignited or triggered during transportation. The impact is mainly limited to the package itself and is expected to be shot
