Test method gas chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the sampling, sample preparation and gas chromatographic test methods for the determination of five organophosphorus pesticide residues in honey.
This standard applies to the test of trichlorfon, picophos, chlorpyrifos, malathion, and fossil pesticide residues in honey.
2 sampling and sample preparation
2.1 Inspection lot
No more than 1000 pieces for one inspection lot. Goods in the same inspection lot should have the same characteristics, such as packaging, marking, origin, and regulations.
Grid, grade, etc.
2.2 Number of samples
The number of samples is shown in Table 1.

2.3 Sampling tools
2.3.1 Sampling tube. stainless steel tube or plexiglass tube, about 115cm long and about 2.5cm in diameter.
2.3.2 Mixer. Enamel barrel (or cup).
2.3.3 Vial. 500mL frosted cover wide mouth glass bottle.
2.4 Sampling methods
Randomly sample the number of samples according to 2.2 and open them one by one. Slowly put the sampling tube and draw the sample. If it is crystallized by honey, use it.
The sample tube is inserted to the end and the sample is taken. Each sample is taken at least 100g as the original sample. Pour the sample into the mixer and mix
Evenly, take 500g sample into the clean and dry sample bottle. After sealing, mark it and send it to the laboratory in time.
2.5 Sample preparation
For the uncrystallized sample, stir it evenly. For the sample with crystal precipitation, the sample cap can be stoppered and placed at no more than 60 °C.
Warm in the water bath, stir the sample after it has completely melted, and quickly cool to room temperature. Care should be taken to prevent moisture evaporation during melting. Prepared test

2.6 Sample storage
Sample contamination or changes in residue levels should be prevented during sampling and sample preparation operations. The sample should be stored at room temperature.

3.1 Method summary
After the honey is diluted with water, the organophosphorus pesticide in the sample is extracted with ethyl acetate, concentrated at low temperature, and used in the gas phase with a flame photometric detector.
