Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the principle of GB/T 1.1-2009 given.
Instead of the standard SN/T 1563-2005 "inspection of import and export cotton linters."
This standard compared with SN/T 1563-2005 The main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the import and export of cotton linters, sampling, grading classification regulations, physical and chemical testing program, the amount of public identification, packaging and identification.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
