This standard replaces SN/T 1554-2005 "Infectious Bursal Disease Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay Procedure" and SN/T 1554-

1 Scope
This standard specifies the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of chicken bursal disease, virus isolation and identification, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, real-time
Fluorescence reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, direct immunofluorescence assay, agar gel immunodiffusion assay, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
This standard applies to the diagnosis and quarantine of Type I bursal disease in chickens entering and exiting the country.

3 Diagnostic Technology
3.1 Clinical diagnosis
3.1.1 Clinical symptoms
When some or all of the following symptoms occur, it can be used as one of the basis for initial diagnosis. asphyxia, diarrhea, discharge of white sticky or watery

According to the requirements of GB/T 18088 for sample collection, all water shall meet the GB/T 6682 secondary water and tertiary water requirements.
