3 site selection
3.1 Environmental requirements
3.1.1 The temporary isolation site shall be located in the first class open port of each country, adjacent to the port terminal or international airport, and the distance from the port of entry is less than
50km, convenient transportation, the port has the conditions for shipping animals.
3.1.2 There is no cattle and sheep disease in the World Animal Health Organization (OIE) Class A animal disease within 10km around the site of the temporary isolation site.
The disease occurs and is prevalent.
3.1.3 The temporary isolation site should be more than 10km away from the wildlife protection zone.
3.1.4 There are no animal farms, slaughterhouses, tanneries, veterinary hospitals, animal husbandry and veterinary research institutes within 3 km around the temporary isolation site.

3.1.5 The environmental conditions around the temporary isolation site are in line with animal health requirements.

3.2 Laboratory (Capability) Requirements
3.2.1 The laboratory undertaking the entry inspection task shall be accredited by the China National Laboratory Accreditation Committee.
3.2.2 The laboratory undertaking the entry inspection task shall have the laboratory conditions for carrying out the test project, and the personnel, technology, equipment and equipment may be full.

4 Facilities requirements
4.1 Fences and passages
4.1.1 Partition
