1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection, sampling and qualified determination methods for the safety requirements of import and export liquid heating appliances.
This standard applies to household and similar liquid heating appliances with rated voltage not exceeding 250V, including electric kettle, electric water bottle, coffee

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Import inspection lot refers to the same type of product collected under the same contract, the same mention and the waybill; the export inspection lot refers to the sampling for implementation.
Test the same specifications, models, and products produced in the same unit. Referred to as a batch.
4 inspection
4.1 Inspection method
4.1.1 Import inspection method. verification + sampling inspection.
4.1.2 Export inspection method. type test + sampling inspection.
4.2 Sampling
4.2.1 Sampling conditions
4.2.1.1 The liquid heating appliance applying for import inspection shall be qualified.
4.2.1.2 The liquid heating appliance applying for export inspection shall provide a valid qualified type test report. Liquid heating for export inspection
The appliance shall be a product that has passed the factory inspection and has been packaged.
4.2.2 Sampling plan
4.2.2.1 Type test
The type test is taken 3 times at a time.
4.2.2.2 Batch sampling test
The frequency of sampling and sampling inspection shall not be less than one batch for every 10 batches depending on the actual situation. Sampling inspection according to 4.8 of GB/T 2828-1987
One sampling plan, special inspection level S-1. The strictness is in accordance with the 4.6.3 transfer rule of GB/T 2828-1987.
