It is measured under the condition that the variation of resistance is caused by its internal heating and can be ignored in the total deviation of measurement. 3.4 Maximum initial surge current The valid value of the maximum current when the rated voltage is applied to a heater. 3.5 Withstanding voltage The maximum voltage to which the heater can withstand during the specified time, provided that the heater is not destroyed in the standard atmosphere and in the stationary air. 3.6 Insulation heater A heater that meets the requirements of specified insulation resistance and electrical strength test. After 6.4.2 test, the heater should have no obvious damage. The power change rate should not be greater than 10%, and the change rate of zero-power resistance should not be greater than 30%. The insulation heater should not breakdown during electrical strength test. 5.5 Weather resistance 5.5.1 Temperature-humidity alternation After test as per 6.5.1, the heater power change rate should not be greater than 10%, the change rate of zero-power resistance should not be greater than 30%, and the insulation heater should not breakdown during electrical strength test. 5.5.2 Salt mist After test as per 6.5.2, the appearance of the heater should not be corroded, the power change rate should not be greater than 10%, the change rate of zero-power resistance should not be greater than 30%, and the insulation heater should not breakdown during electrical strength test. 5.5.3 Temperature change After test as per 6.5.3, the heater power change rate should not be greater than 10%, the change rate of zero-power resistance should not be greater than 30%, and the insulation heater should not breakdown during electrical strength test. 5.6 Durability 5.6.1 Wind and continuous power supply After test as per 6.6.1, the heater power change rate should not be greater than 10%, the change rate of zero-power resistance should not be greater than 30%, the insulation heater should not breakdown during electrical strength test, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 100 MΩ. 5.6.2 Wind and on-0ff power supply After test as per 6.6.2, the heater power change rate should not be greater than 10%, the change rate of zero-power resistance should not be greater than 30%, the insulation heater should not breakdown during electrical strength test, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 100 MΩ. 5.6.3 No wind and continuous power supply After test as per 6.6.3, the heater power change rate should not be greater than 10%, the change rate of zero-power resistance should not be greater than 30%, the insulation heater should not breakdown during electrical strength test, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 100 MΩ. 6 Test methods 6.1 Test condition 6.1.1 Standard atmospheric conditions Except for otherwise stipulated, all measurements and tests are carried out under the standard atmospheric conditions specified in 5.3 of GB/T 2421.1-2008; in the case of dispute, the standard atmospheric conditions for arbitration is. a. Temperature. (25±1)°C; b. Relative humidity. 48%~ 52%; c. Atmospheric pressure. 86 kPa~ 106 kPa. 6.1.2 Reference temperature Because the heater is sensitive to temperature change, the measurement and calculation involve the reference temperature in the test. The ref... ......
