1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection and quarantine requirements, inspection contents and methods, results judgment and disposal of entry and exit vessels.
This standard applies to the inspection and quarantine inspection of entry and exit vessels.
2 Terms and definitions

3.1 General requirements
