Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces SN/T 1305-2003 "Procedures for Sanitary Supervision of International Navigation Vehicles and Garbage Removal Units".
Compared with SN/T 1305-2003, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements, contents and methods, results judgment and disposal of the sanitary supervision of the international navigation vehicle garbage removal unit.
This standard is applicable to the sanitary supervision and administration of the inspection and quarantine institutions on the international navigation vehicle garbage removal unit.

3 Basic requirements for garbage removal units
3.1 The international navigation vehicle garbage removal unit shall have a valid business license and qualifications, and shall be registered and filed with the inspection and quarantine institution.
3.2 The clearing and transporting unit shall establish a sanitary management system, operation specifications, disposal flow chart and sanitation and disinfection system for daily work.
3.3 Garbage classification management, garbage from vehicles in infected areas shall not be manually sorted.
3.4 The clearing and transporting unit shall have professional garbage removal tools, killing and sterilizing medical devices, and be accompanied by equipment maintenance and use records.
3.5 The own garbage disposal facilities and places shall comply with the environmental protection and city specified by the environmental protection administrative department and the construction administrative department.
Environmental sanitation standards, and the garbage will be disinfected immediately; if there is no garbage disposal unit, the collected garbage should be transported to the required time.
