Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 1192-2003 "entry - exit health and quarantine inspection for the ship."
This standard compared with SN/T 1192-2003, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modify five prohibition of entry of the disease, infected and affected by the determination and the definition of "telecommunications quarantine" dye suspect vessels;
--- Added "infected", "suspected infected", "infected area", "berthing quarantine", "onboard quarantine" is defined;
--- Delete the definition of "epidemic" and "quarantine infectious disease" in;
--- Added "berthing quarantine" and "onboard quarantine" in two ways quarantine;
--- Increased nuclear, biological, chemical and quarantine inspection and control of pollution;
