1 Scope
This standard stipulates the objects, requirements, methods and results of the entry and exit express mail and mailings.
This standard applies to the sanitary quarantine inspection of inbound and outbound express mail and mailings.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
