Import and export of industrial glycerol
Part 1. General test method and sample
1 Scope
SN/T 0839 provisions of this part of the general principles of sample preparation and test methods for the import and export of industrial glycerol.
This section applies to glycerol content greater than 75% of crude or refined glycerin.
This part of the test method involves the following items related to testing standards, see Appendix A.
a) Determination of acidity or alkalinity;
b) Determination of sulfated ash;
c) sampling;
d) Determination of Water;
e) Determination of ash;
Determination f) 20 ℃ density (purified glycerin);
g) Determination of arsenic;
h) Determination of glycerol content;
i) the calculation of non-glycerol organic matter.
Test Method 2
The following applies to all of the above measurement items.
2.1 Preparation of laboratory samples and specimens
2.1.1 If you want all the items measured, there should be a representative sample of 500g.
2.1.2 Since glycerol can easily absorb moisture, samples must be sealed in a glass bottle and store away from moist air. Sample bottle to be filled to 2/3 height
Degrees is appropriate, in order to mix the sample. Concentrated glycerin or glycerol containing suspended material, before each dispensing samples, laboratory samples must be heated to no
Exceed 60 ℃, and mix well.
2.2 Temperature
In the absence of specific instructions, all of the volume should be measured or converted to volume at 20 ℃, 20 ℃, titration should be 20 ℃ ± 5 ℃
Carried out, other tests should be carried out under the specific requirements of the relevant standards.
2.3 Preparation and dilution of the solution
Preparation and dilution of the solution should use distilled water or equivalent purity, detailed requirements see the relevant testing standards provisions.
When the process requires the use of carbon dioxide-free water, you can choose the preparation of the following three methods. After preparation, the connection bottle of soda lime and dried
Tube to isolate carbon dioxide in air.
a) carbon dioxide-free deionized water;
b) distilled water, boiled 20min, cooled in carbon dioxide-free environment;
