Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0704-1997 "export leather gloves chromium (Ⅵ) test spectrophotometry", and SN/T 0704-1997 phase
Ratio, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows:
--- To expand the scope of the import and export of leather and leather products;
--- Increased at 80 ℃, relative humidity of 20% aging pretreatment 24h;
--- Sample weighed amount to 2g, accurate to 0.001g;
--- Phosphate buffer was added to presorted air leading tube insertion after adding sample bottle, passed into oxygen free argon 5min, Flow
The amount of (50 ± 10) mL/min;
--- Test the extract volume to 10mL, set the volume to volume 25mL, Diphenylcarbazide solution and phosphoric acid solution volume change
As 0.5mL.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of leather and leather products in the import and export of hexavalent chromium.
This standard applies to the import and export of leather and related products, spectrophotometry lower limit of 1.0mg/kg.

3 Method summary
For the import and export of leather and leather products according to different requirements, it is determined whether to join the leather aging pretreatment process. Leather aging pretreatment
Process is simulated leather and leather products in the long-distance transport conditions during transport, the test leather and leather products, after a long-distance transport
Leather hexavalent chromium. With pH7.5 ~ 8.0 phosphate buffer and extracted soluble hexavalent chromium in a sample, when desired, solid phase extraction
Removal of the test substance interference. The filtrate under acidic conditions to 1,5 Diphenylcarbazide reaction of purple complex with a spectrophotometer
Determination of the degree at 540nm.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water as a secondary water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 dipotassium hydrogen.
4.2 1,5 Diphenylcarbazide.
4.3 phosphoric acid (ρ = 1.71g/mL).
4.4 Potassium dichromate reference material: at (102 ± 2) and dried (16 ± 2) h ℃.
4.5 acetone.
4.6 glacial acetic acid.
Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 4.7 extract (0.1mol/L): 17.4g dipotassium hydrogen (molecular weight 174) were dissolved in distilled 1000mL
Water, neutralized with phosphoric acid (4.3) and the pH was adjusted to 8.0 ± 0.1, and then nitrogen gas or argon gas.
4.8 1,5 Diphenylcarbazide solution: Weigh 1.0g1,5- Diphenylcarbazide (4.2), was dissolved in 100mL acetone (4.5), add a drop of ice B
Acid (4.6), making it acidic.
Note: already with a good 1,5 Diphenylcarbazide solution should be stored in a brown bottle and stored at 4 ℃ shading, valid for 14 days. Solution appears obvious discoloration (especially powder
Red) can no longer be used.
4.9 phosphoric acid (70% volume fraction): A 700mL phosphoric acid (4.3) was diluted with distilled water to 1000mL.
