Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 and SN/T 1103-2002 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0469-1995 "Importers and polyester textured yarn oiling rate, the method for determination of oil."
This standard compared with SN/T 0469-1995, the main technical changes are as follows.
