Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces SN 0324-1994 "seaborne exports of dangerous goods inspection of small gas containers and packaging."
This standard compared with SN 0324-1994 main changes are as follows.
--- Update the normative references;
--- Increasing the term normative English name;
--- On the "sample" part has been modified and instructions;
--- Remove the performance test requirements of the package;
--- Increased drop test a single sample, drop height (1.5 ± 0.1) m;
--- On the "CHARGE Identification" section has been modified;
--- Leak test pretreatment temperature was changed from 55 ℃ (65 ± 2) ℃.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the inspection of packaging small gas containers, sampling rules, test methods and qualified decision rule.
