1 Scope

This standard specifies the export of fruits and vegetables thiram residues in liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry methods. This standard applies to apples, pears, bananas, watermelon, celery, eggplant and cabbage measured thiram residues.

2 Normative references

AR. 500 ℃ burning 4h, placed in a desiccator. 4.11 thiram Standards. thiram, purity greater than 99%, CAS Number. 137-26-8. 4.12 thiram standard stock solution. weigh accurately 12.5mg standard (4.11), (4.7) dissolved in methanol and 0.05% formic acid Volume to 25mL, to give a concentration of 500mg/L standard stock solution, the solution was stored in a brown flask, insurable at -18 ℃ condition Period of 3 months. 4.13 standard solution.
