Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces SN 0197-1993 "Olaquindox residues in meat exports."
This standard compared with SN 0197-1993, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modify the standard Chinese name, standard Chinese name to "export food of animal origin in the determination of olaquindox metabolite residues
Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry/Mass Spectrometry ";
--- Instrumentation changed from the original HPLC liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry;
--- Standards to extend the scope of the chicken food of animal origin pork, liver, eel, shrimp, beef;
--- Olaquindox to be detected by the identification of its metabolite 3-methyl quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid;
--- Revised front portion of the sample processing steps and instruments measuring conditions;
--- Omitted sampling procedure.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
