1 Scope
This standard stipulates the terms and definitions of domestic enterprise management, the classification rules of domestic enterprises, evaluation standards and supervision and management.
This standard applies to the rating of domestic enterprises within the national administrative region.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Housekeeping service
In order to meet the needs of family life, paid services provided by domestic service personnel through domestic service agencies.
2.2
Housekeeping enterprise
A social economic organization established in accordance with the law to engage in domestic service activities.
3 grading regulations
3.1 Home Economics Enterprise Level Setting
The family business enterprise is set up in three grades, namely, the first-level domestic enterprise, the second-level domestic enterprise, and the third-level domestic enterprise, and the highest level is the first level.
3.2 Rating principle
3.2.1 The first principle of service quality. The service quality is the primary condition for rating, and the quality image of the company is shaped.
3.2.2 The principle of equal emphasis on social and economic benefits. We should handle the relationship between economic benefits and social benefits, and handle enterprises and customers and employees.
The relationship of interests between workers and countries.
3.2.3 The principles of openness, fairness and fairness. Strictly in accordance with the standard assessment, if there is a violation of the rules, once confirmed, cancel the qualifications for participation.
3.2.4 Dynamic development principles. The rating is reported annually for review and reassessment of the acquired companies every two years.
3.3 Rating body
3.3.1 A qualified third party institution shall establish a domestic enterprise rating committee and an evaluation committee office.
3.3.2 The evaluation committee shall have one leader and one deputy leader, and several members. Members are represented by the Home Economics Industry Association, domestic experts and scholars,
A representative of the Consumer Association.
3.3.3 The assessment committee adopts the leader responsibility system, and the team leader organizes and publishes relevant information for assessment.
3.3.4 The Office of the Evaluation Committee is responsible for accepting the self-assessment report and application materials submitted by the enterprise, and providing relevant materials to the assessment committee and

3.4 Rating methods, methods and processes
3.4.1 The enterprise submits an application and submits a self-assessment report. The assessed enterprise needs to actually run for one year. First-class domestic enterprises need to be in the second-level housekeeping enterprises
