1 Scope
This standard specifies the main components and quality requirements of quick-frozen lobster, food additives, hygiene and handling, labeling, sampling, inspection and analysis,
Requirements related to defects and batch acceptance.
This standard applies to fresh or cooked frozen rock shrimp (rocklobsters), spiny lobster (spinylobsters) and prawn (slipper)

Lobster lobster
Mainly refers to lobster, lobster (Palinuridae) and prawn family from the family Nehropidae (Homarus)
(Scylaridae) lobsters can also come from Norwegian crayfish (Nephropsnorvegicus). Oriental prawn should be from the family
