1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements, internal department settings, function settings, supporting facilities and safety management of the conference center operation services.
Management and service management requirements.
This standard applies to organizations that provide conference center operations services.

3 basic requirements
3.1 Qualification requirements
3.1.1 Should have the status of an independent legal person and be able to bear civil liability.
3.1.2 The conference center venue and related facilities that are compatible with the scale of operation should be owned or leased.
3.1.3 It should meet the requirements of national laws and regulations concerning safety, fire protection, food, sanitation, epidemic prevention, environmental protection, economy, and planning.
3.1.4 There should be a sound organizational structure and rules and regulations for production and operation.
3.1.5 Have the ability to assume the risk of meeting organization activities. Encourage the adoption of GB/T 19001, GB/T 28001 and other management system certification.
3.2 Safety requirements
3.2.1 It shall comply with the requirements of GA654.
3.2.2 Emergency facilities such as evacuation passages, safety exits, fire truck passages, emergency broadcasts, emergency lighting, etc. should be provided, and should be marked with conspicuous and conspicuous
The evacuation indicator shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB 2894 and GB 13495.
3.2.3 All entrances and exits, main passages, important conference rooms, parking lot entrances and exits, and unloading areas of the conference center should be equipped with surveillance cameras.
There must be no blind spots.
3.2.4 Safety testing instruments such as monitoring equipment, security doors or twilight goods detectors should be equipped.
3.2.5 Fire protection facilities should meet the requirements of GB 50222.
3.2.6 Safety management systems and safety and security work programmes should be established and improved, and effective implementation and monitoring mechanisms should be established.
