1 Scope
This standard stipulates the relevant terms and definitions, classification, quality requirements, appraisal evaluation requirements and transaction requirements of inventory backlog of goods.
This standard applies to the circulation of inventory backlogs; it is applicable to the quality identification of living materials and production materials in the inventory backlog commodity industry.
