SB/T 10641 and as defined in the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1

When a client authorizes auction of real estate, shall provide the following information.
a) proof of identity.
1) a natural person shall provide valid ID;
2) a legal person or other organization shall provide a valid certificate of registration, legal representative or other valid proof of identity documents;
3) agents shall produce valid identification power of attorney, proof of principal and agent.
b) proof of ownership of the subject of the auction or it may prove auction target sanctions and other information according to the law.

3) the underlying structure of the plane and ancillary facilities on a list, keys and so on.
