1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements and documentation requirements for the establishment and implementation of HACCP systems in live animal farms, live animal breeding. Field technical specifications and HACCP system establishment procedures, publicity, training and other requirements. This standard applies to the establishment, implementation and related evaluation activities of the HACCP system of live animal farms.
