Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces SB/T 10473-2008 "General Rules for the Acceptance of Infant and Children's Clothing", and SB/T 10473-2008 "Infant and Child Clothing Manufacturers"
The main changes in the "Inspection and Acceptance" are as follows.
--- Supplementary normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Revised the scope of application of infant clothing, and changed to infant clothing products for 36 months and below (see Chapter 1,.2008 edition)

Technical requirements for acceptance of infant clothing products
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the marketing procurement management requirements for infant and children's clothing products, the acceptance management requirements for goods and the quality acceptance technology for goods.
Claim.
This standard is applicable to the acceptance inspection of commercial and apparel enterprises for infants and children's clothing products of 36 months and below.

3 Marketing Purchasing Management Requirements
3.1 Contract requirements
The marketing enterprises shall sign the contract documents for the purchase of infant and children's clothing products in compliance with laws and regulations, and stipulate the corresponding purchase and sales contract quality.
Amount of offer.
3.1.1 The quality of the purchase and sale contract should include the content
a) Quantity offer. Small supply companies should have a weekly supply capacity of 50 pieces (sets) to 100 pieces of single-handed baby clothing products.
